Mitch’s 2026-10-12 production-only decision supersedes the earlier demo/remaining-board brief. Runtime demo mode was removed in 6b2a795; published-control/georeferencing checks are in 46b761b. No new remaining boards, deployment, push or PR. Bindings remain contracts revision 0.1.4 / wire 0.1.1 at FS1 b707a0cf and immutable FS3 2dd02d07. DATA c00dec7 and UI dbbec8b + fidelity 03058b4 are already merged; retired DATA demo files/controls were explicitly removed.

Georeferencing diagnosis, proof and limits, and release plan separate verified behavior from blockers. The A468 window is complete and recorded as partial; 5173/8787 were returned. Fresh sign-in/sign-out/switch and authenticated real map/3D proof remain pending a coordinated window/approved coverage. No extra Protect/wildcard/Cloudflare/unsafe-eval permission was added. Hosting, public API/CORS origin and Production Clerk remain later owner decisions.
Official per-building placement preparation and current contract rebind: PLACEMENT_CHECK.md. The seven native/WGS84 controls and 21 TEST-mocked rendered views are local evidence only. Worker 8 still owns Gate C and its live ports; integrate its runner/results only after the orchestrator provides the SHAs. FS3 correction/A459 are pending upstream.
