Product decisions

Ottawa is retained by owner decision 2026-10-12. The exported mockup wins over earlier written accent/font/spacing direction. Mitch removed runtime demo mode entirely; only the real M6 API is permitted. Test-only contract-shaped HTTP mocks are excluded from runtime/builds. Remaining boards are paused. Photon is optional and off by default.

The following remain owner/backend decisions; the UI must not invent them:

• Quota reset/rollover, repeat-download and overlap rules, pricing and entitlements.
• Higher-detail export capability and approved source assets.
• Coverage semantics needed to prove an entire area is covered.
• Authoritative location timezone outside the Ottawa example.
• Real case-study evidence, customer identity and performance claims.
• Feature geometry/picking, job/delivery lists, cancel/retry and output-to-model links.
• Release API origin/header CSP and isolated A459 pipeline evidence.

Preview assets must be bounded and decimated server-side independently of export source assets. Client buttons do not protect already-delivered geometry.
