Workspace integration plan

Completed: FS3 scale correction (Task 2)

  1. Read the A666 ground-footprint context and frozen self-test pair. Package only Git bytes from a scratch bare clone at 361c681def79cbce5549edc32f93f88360365e85; preserve public contracts/geo b707a0cf and one resolved copy.
  2. Verify installed/source/archive digests. Run the same checker projection/distance path against the independent 100 m pair, then quantify all eight east-scale regressions before removing only passing expected-failure markers.
  3. Verify actual completed browser frames on 5180, pin served JavaScript and checker source hashes, and run unit/type/lint/build/output checks. Preserve independent-truth and local-ground accuracy limits; leave the A673 placement adapter to worker 8.
  4. Commit the rebind/evidence locally, regenerate and validate the immutable release mapping sidecar, commit it separately and report SHAs. No publication or 5173/8787 service.

Rebind/evidence commit: 9b7066dad5dee063add6a515fe5c86f88d367d3f. A666 self-test and actual completed-frame measurements pass 100.000 ± 0.01 m; all eight expected failures are normal passes. Verification: 281 units, 26 smoke cases, five release cases, type/lint/build/output/gallery/source/archive checks pass. The mapping sidecar binds that immutable commit and records the new FS3 metadata with FS1 isolated-lock/receipt gates pending. The placement adapter is not included; await worker 8’s integration task.

Completed: A635 documented fallback (integrator 2)

  1. Restore 942e3b3 and checksum-verified archives in this session; validate pinned tools, unit/browser/type/lint/build/output baseline on 5180.
  2. Replace only Protect script/connect sources in both profiles with the A635 conditional documented form. Retain observed CDN, match worker 8 ordering, and prove the 5173 policy hash offline; use 5180 for all servers/tests.
  3. Update native browser and unit regressions for rotating IDs/ports, strict domain/protocol/directive boundaries and blocked inline/eval. Record variation provenance, complete source lists and dev/release hashes without claiming complete live host observations.
  4. Commit the verified policy locally, then regenerate the immutable mapping preparation sidecar against that commit/bundle. Validate mapping tamper checks and commit/report the sidecar separately; keep FS1/A459 and FS3 gates pending. Then idle for the next assigned task.

Completed locally: policy commit 82030b0; 17 focused units, one dev and four release native browser cases pass, with inline/eval refused. Typecheck/lint/build/output audit pass. The preparation mapping is regenerated against that policy commit and validated with 15 mapping tests. Worker 5180 differs from the exact worker-8 live hash only by websocket port. Await the next orchestrator task; FS3/A459 and final live host observations remain pending.

Earlier task: A635 exact Clerk Protect CSP

  1. Apply the exact approved loader host and five separate probe origins to both profiles; retain A468’s observed CDN script origin and all existing restrictions.
  2. Test allowed sources and blocked wrong-host/port/protocol/directive sources, inline/eval and release framing with native Chromium on 5180 using intercepted TEST-only responses. No live sign-in or Gate C action.
  3. Record exact UTF-8 policy hashes, directive origin lists and A635 provenance. Leave the ruling’s fresh-profile sign-out/sign-in stability cycle pending the coordinated live window.
  4. Commit the policy milestone locally, then regenerate the preparation mapping against that immutable commit/bundle with A635 notes and hashes. Preserve pending FS1/A459 gates, release HTTPS validation and NOT DEPLOYABLE placeholder status. Commit/report the mapping sidecar separately to avoid circular hashes.

Active task: FS1 Mac mapping preparation

  1. Read and checksum the full FS1 guide/reference JSON; keep controller code on M6, target/public-version support and trusted metadata/config gates pending.
  2. Generate a commit/bundle-bound manifest from Git bytes, with explicit source-to-isolated paths, hashes, HTML/module entries, all browser imports and pinned package/asset provenance. Exclude owner configs/Node helpers, dev/gallery/tests/fixtures, links, caches and private/internal inputs; record production-guarded imports explicitly.
  3. Bind a local preparation snapshot to immutable b9efb9e inputs without issuing a review packet. Make the generator consume the actual future reviewed bundle and emit a sidecar afterward, preventing circular commit/bundle hashes.
  4. Validate exclusions, import completeness, bundle membership, hashes and negative tamper cases. Document trusted production definitions, Clerk/CSP incompatibility and FS1 metadata-only rebind requirements honestly. Commit locally and report the artifacts; no M6 build, certification, publication, Gate C or live-port work.

Active task: official per-building placement check and contracts 0.1.4

  1. Preserve and validate the byte-identical seven-feature outline pack/SHA and full source note. Keep DRAFT/notSurveyed labels, native EPSG:2953 vertices, WGS84 vertices and exact model-version membership.
  2. Rebind contracts/geo 0.1.4 from approved FS1 b707a0cf using a bare scratch clone and git archive; change neither checkout. Match the supplied OpenAPI bytes and verify the expected checksums when they arrive. Keep FS3 renderer source/pin unchanged and its east-scale expected failure active; avoid duplicate shared dependency copies.
  3. Build a separate dev-only placement page/math helper: tagged model ground hull versus each official outline, with boundary/centroid/rotation metrics in WGS84-derived metres and EPSG:2953 metres. Validate projection against independent PROJ controls. Report convex-hull/concavity limitations, draft provenance and lack of survey accuracy explicitly.
  4. Exercise all seven references through contract-shaped TEST-only HTTP/GLB mocks and actual completed FS3 frames on strict 5180. Include translation/rotation, missing ground tags, camera stability and release-exclusion checks. No live API call, export or 5173/8787 action; Gate C stays with worker 8.
  5. Verify appropriate unit/browser/type/lint/build/output checks, commit locally and report the SHA with proof artifacts and any pending expected checksums/upstream FS3 gate. A later coordinated window supplies actual real-model proof.

Current ownership: worker 8 owns Gate C/live services. This worker handles only the new official placement-check preparation and 0.1.4 rebind, leaves 5173/8787 untouched and awaits the post-Gate-C bundle task/SHAs. RELEASE remains strict HTTPS/header-CSP and NOT DEPLOYABLE with its placeholder; LIVE is DEV via exact http://localhost:8787, labelled dev profile via SSH forward. A459/FS3 remain PENDING-UPSTREAM.

Gate C priority override — explicit export approval

The latest orchestrator instruction puts Gate C first and explicitly records Mitch’s OK for the exact three-house export/key. API-only/layout work already committed remains in place; no further board work is started.

  1. Read every authoritative input key and verify all three file hashes. Add the specified compact GeoReference DTO SHA checks alongside per-leaf comparisons.
  2. Expand returned evidence only to request IDs, statuses, item counts and archive size/SHA; keep raw DTOs, credentials and geometric diagnostics out of the returned JSON. Keep real completed-frame overlay diagnostics visible without misclassifying a coverage tile as a house footprint.
  3. Prepare the explicitly approved, once-only exact export POST, GET-only delivery polling and validated download-access/bounded requestBytes flow. Report the current ZIP/public-contract mismatch; never bypass it. Mock-test both the accepted transport path and contract rejection on worker 5180.
  4. Prepare the Gate C output/secret-scan procedure and remaining A468 capture. Send READY FOR GATE C WINDOW once the operator checker is tested; wait for the orchestrator to free 5173 before starting any server/forward. Run only through Mitch’s signed-in browser; return the requested local Gate C packet, never scp.
  5. Immediately after Gate C/A468, commit actual evidence and build the one review bundle. List A459 and FS3 as BLOCKED/PENDING-UPSTREAM in REVIEW_REQUEST; do not wait for them, claim certification or hide the expected-failure regression. Everything else remains in scope.

Earlier production-only scope decision (2026-10-12)

The latest Gate C-first and bundle-after-Gate-C order above supersedes the earlier final-production-window prerequisite below. The API-only/layout decisions remain in effect.

  1. A468 results: accepted as PARTIAL by the orchestrator (reported sign-in → /v1/me 200 ×3, zero authenticated CSP events, inline/eval blocked, no Protect addition). Commit the ruling while retaining the earlier raw receipts. No new window now.
  2. Georeferencing diagnosis: complete, with historical placement offsets and the real-path FS3 scale defect documented before changes.
  3. Demo removal and empty state: complete in 6b2a795. Only real M6 API runtime data is permitted; HTTP mocks/geometry remain in test files only.
  4. Explore layout fixes: complete in 1a36941. Right-edge camera controls, drawer/phone clearance, scrolling left column, fitted bottom toolbar/summary and allowance spacing pass all three viewport checks.
  5. Georeferencing proof: tests committed in 46b761b. Published-point and mocked model/coverage checks pass; the known shared 100 m scale regression remains an expected failure requiring an upstream reviewed fix/rebind.
  6. M-02/release CSP: configuration, response-header delivery and output audits are implemented in d05b9bc; the accepted FS1 A459 runner/execution receipt is still absent. The final window also needs a reachable real API build input compatible with release validation.
  7. Once the final production-mode build is green, request readiness from the orchestrator. After an explicit short grant, capture sign-out, sign-back-in/switch, map pan/zoom, signed-in screenshots and real 3D if M6 coverage exists. Empty coverage makes 3D-under-CSP pending real M6 coverage; earlier authenticated runs remain evidence.
  8. Commit final-window evidence, then create the one final review bundle. The existing ec67369 packet is preliminary and predates the layout follow-up; it is not the final post-window bundle. Process/Jobs/Shadow/Account/Case studies boards stay paused.

Dependencies sent to the orchestrator: accepted A459 pipeline, FS3 projection correction/rebind, and authoritative real control/model/coverage pairs. Continue independent API-only work while those arrive.

Source of truth: Mitch’s 2026-10-12 INTEGRATOR_PROMPT. Mockup visuals win over earlier written styling; contract/safety rules bind. Start 9bee2dc; merged DATA c00dec7 and UI dbbec8b + fidelity 03058b4. Local commits only.

Real M6 Gate C inputs — implementation plan

  1. Verify the three supplied JSON files against SHA256SUMS and preserve byte-identical copies in test fixtures. Use the seven real GeoReferences as the primary placement references; independently reproduce their EPSG:2953 anchors and quantify the current shared-renderer offsets. Keep the earlier synthetic diagnosis as historical evidence only.
  2. Reuse worker 8’s read/renderer checker, split read checks from export, and make export unavailable without an explicit Mitch approval recorded by the operator. Persist only sanitized request IDs; keep status/comparison/offset details on the verification page. No live calls or export during preparation.
  3. Assert the exact bbox, 32/29/3 counts, tile set and seven field-by-field GeoReference comparisons. Render actual approved GLBs on the basemap and distinguish tile containment from a true per-building footprint oracle.
  4. Verify with contract-shaped HTTP mocks defined only in tests; audit release graph/output so the checker, inputs and page stay excluded. Document the final-window-only live procedure, the prepared exact export payload and any missing M6 footprint/contract inputs. More M6 instructions may refine this plan.

Prepared in c85bb63: exact M6 inputs, primary real-reference numeric tests/diagnosis, seven field and raw DTO-SHA comparisons, exact bbox/count/tile checks, actual-frame diagnostics, bounded evidence, explicitly approved once-only export, A468/screenshot/packet tooling. Verification: 252 unit passes plus eight known FS3 expected failures; five focused browser cases and final two-case/nine-unit reruns pass; typecheck/lint/build/output/gallery pass. READY FOR GATE C WINDOW has been sent; wait only for the explicit port grant. ZIP response validation may block archive completion and remains reported. Tile-relative status is not house-footprint acceptance. A459/FS3 are recorded upstream gates and do not block the subsequent review bundle.

Owner UI override — Task 3 (2026-10-13)

  1. Capture the existing Explore at 1440×900, 2000×1040 and 390×844 with test-only HTTP fixtures.
  2. Use one named, lazy route table for a left Vuetify rail; use a temporary drawer on phones. Add clean history URLs, legacy path redirects, a real 404 and a base-aware static-host rewrite.
  3. Centralize 44 px MDI icon actions, accessible names and focus/hover tooltips; reduce panel prose while retaining attribution, measurements and honest states. Keep dev-only verification routes out of release.
  4. Verify unit and browser journeys/layouts on 5180, deep-link reloads and release exclusion; capture after screenshots and record Mitch’s override in fidelity differences. Commit locally and report evidence/SHAs.

Task 3 complete: 289 units, 33 smoke cases, six release-preview cases, one /mapping/ hosting case and 15 mapping checks pass; typecheck/lint/build/output/gallery checks pass. Owner override and screenshots record the new rail, icon actions, clean routing and unchanged CSP. Gate C screenshot mode also removes the rail’s account widget. Placement algorithms and Task 2’s pinned historical receipts are preserved.

SPA persistence clarification (Mitch, 2026-10-13)

SPA clarification complete: primary map and shell persist, panels navigate by named routes, and inspector styling changes in place. Desktop/phone identity and history tests plus release-preview persistence pass. Validation: 289 unit, 35 smoke, 7 release, 1 non-root hosting and 15 mapping tests; typecheck/build/output audit and unchanged CSP checks pass. Refreshed owner screenshots include panels over the map. The later static host and FS1/A459 remain unexecuted review gates.
